Vacancy: Maintenance and Production Worker

EMS is looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance and Production Employee. In this versatile role, you will combine technical work with production and maintenance tasks. You ensure that our equipment and workshop remain in optimal condition and assist with the assembly, inspection, and preparation of products. No two days are the same, and your efforts contribute directly to the quality of our services.
What will you be doing?
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
- Assembly, mounting, and production of equipment
- Performing quality checks on products and parts
- Managing parts and materials
- Ensuring a neat, safe, and organized workshop
- Contributing ideas for improvements in work processes and quality
Your profile
- You have an MBO education or MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
- You have technical insight and enjoy working practically
- You are accurate and have an eye for quality
- You can work both independently and as part of a team
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and flexible
- Experience with assembly, maintenance, or production is a plus, but not a requirement
- You have a sense of responsibility and work according to safety and quality regulations
