MACFrut meets MACView® preventing fruit-loss !

EMS is on May 9th up to My 11th on the MACFrut 2018 to promote the Ethylene Postharvest Analyzer intended for quality control of Kiwi fruit ! In the mean time EMS registered its breakthrough technology with 15 years of development experience on ethylene equipement for the MACFrut innovation award 2018. The latest version is a 3 year development together with suppliers, growers, storage owners and retail companies to get the best and reliable ethylene parameters, directly leading to quality monitoring and quality improvement on Kiwi Fruit. EMS is proud to mention Zespri as 1 of the partners who were involved in optimized development arround the development and integration to improve the kiwi fruit quality during handling, storage and shipping.As EMS, we show Italy that we have built a product that can match the quality of Italian fresh products !

EMS Participates: Limburg and Vlaanderen strengthen innovative power in greenhouse horticulture

09 March 2018

Twelve Limburg and Flemish companies and knowledge centers are joining forces to further strengthen greenhouse horticulture. It concerns innovations around energy consumption, less CO2 emissions and efficient use of resources. The consortium has received a European subsidy for this and has received intensive support from the Province of Limburg and the Province of Antwerp. The project runs from June 2018 to mid-2021.
