Vacancy: Support / Service Desk Employee (Technical Background)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support / Service Desk Employee with a technical background. In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions and malfunctions. You analyze problems, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure excellent service. Additionally, you provide support where necessary with quality checks, calibrations, and light maintenance work.
What will you be doing?
- Receiving, registering, and handling technical support requests
- Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, both remotely and on-site
- Supporting customers and colleagues with the use of gas measuring equipment
- Registering and documenting reports and solutions
- Preparing reports and documentation
- Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate specialist
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and increasing customer satisfaction
- Performing quality checks and functional tests
- Assisting with preventive maintenance and technical work
Your profile
- You have an MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level with a technical background
- You have an affinity for technology, electronics, mechanical engineering, installation technology, or industrial systems
- You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are service-oriented
- You work accurately and think in solutions
- You can work both independently and as part of a team
- You are stress-resistant and know how to set priorities
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Experience in a technical support or service desk role is a plus, but motivated starters are also welcome
