Vacancy: Field Service Technician
Are you a technical talent who enjoys being on the road and troubleshooting at customer sites?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Service Technician. In this varied role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical installations and measuring equipment at customer locations. You are the face of our organization and ensure that our customers can rely on professional and fast service.
What will you be doing?
- Installing and commissioning machines and technical installations
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions
- Advising customers on the use and maintenance of installations
- Performing inspections and functional tests
- Preparing service reports and recording work performed
- Identifying areas for technical improvement and contributing ideas for appropriate solutions
- Working in accordance with applicable safety, quality, and operational regulations
Your profile
- You have completed an MBO level 4 education in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or installation technology
- You have technical insight and a practical mindset
- You work independently and take responsibility for your work
- You are customer-oriented, presentable, and have strong communication skills
- You think in solutions and remain calm during breakdowns
- You are flexible and enjoy being on the road frequently, even for several days
- You hold a B driving license
- Experience as a service technician is a plus, but we also invite motivated technical starters to apply
